Sunflowers: Create an oil pastel in the style of Dutch artist Vincent Van Gogh in 4 step-by-step video lessons with master artist, Pat Knepley.
The Sunflowers Art Project is the ninth in See the Light’s Art Projects, a video art curriculum that helps students advance skills and learning as they complete artwork in the style of famous artists.
Sunflowers includes in-depth art history (Post-Impressionism), focuses on the style of Vincent Van Gogh, and explores related art elements (space, shape, color, value) and art principles (composition, optical blending, oil pastel technique). Art history and Biblical content are woven into every lesson.
